Role: Senior Brand Manager

Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for.
Social Media Campaign & Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives.
- Create campaign strategies and oversee complete execution, including the purchase of online media properties aimed at asset creation.
- Grow and expand the brand's social media presence into new platforms and enhance the presence on existing platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- Negotiate with advertising sales agents to secure the most cost-effective deal structures.
- Manage budgets and monitor campaign costs and ROI metrics.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to expand the brand's reach and credibility.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports with key insights and recommendations.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices to optimize strategy.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including advertising, product development, and brand management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media campaign management and Marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design software.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
