Senior Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Execution:
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and plans that align with the company's objectives.
- Support the creation of brand positioning, messaging, and identity that differentiates us in the market.
2. Campaign Development:
- Plan and execute brand campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and ensure brand consistency.
3. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research to understand market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights to inform brand strategy and optimize campaign performance.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand integration in product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver effective brand initiatives.
5. Brand Management:
- Monitor and manage brand health, including tracking key performance indicators and brand perception.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed and that all communications are aligned with the brand's identity.
6. Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyze the performance of brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Prepare reports on brand metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:- MBA from reputed B-School
- 4+ years of experience in brand management or a related role, preferably in Consumer brands
- Knowledge of the IPO process and how brand management fits into the broader context of going public.
- Previous experience in the IPO process within an organization is a plus.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and investor messaging.
