Senior Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative and drive execution to achieve consumer Marketing goals, with emphasis on driving consumer perception and engagement
2. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
3. Own marketing department's KPIs providing a clear vision and direction to Marketing team
4. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class Marketing campaigns and programs along with ROI calculations on each campaign
5. Assist, collaborate & Frame strategic decisions and recommendations to enable executive and stakeholder alignment
6. Collaborate with digital, PR and Agencies to create campaigns that drive consumer perception and engagement with the respective brands.
7. Supporting Business teams for creating and developing pitch decks & newsletters for business development.
8. Brand Health Monitoring for the overall maintenance of the brands through Brand audits and surveys and recommending and implementing corrective measures.
9. Prepare Weekly, monthly and Quarterly Marketing reports
10. Prepare Weekly, monthly and quarterly Marketing reports
11. Prepare joint Marketing plans with our mall partners and execute marketing efforts jointly
