Senior Branch Sales Manager for Ahmedabad
Roles / KPI :
- The Candidate shall be responsible for delivering Annual Sales Targets of the branch through various trade channels Dealers, Sub-Dealers, Partners and Institutional Sales.
- Must have experience of handling a branch or depot independently
- Experience with a mass retail distribution business is a must
- Even if area of geography handled is smaller in terms of just a single branch handling , that is okay.
- Coordinate with internal functions regarding Recruitment, Training and development of Sales team under him.
- Motivation and retention of staff. Succession planning through training and coaching of each level of employees reporting.
- Manage sales and expense budgeting of the branch. Control cost and expenses to improve profitability.
- Must have led/ is currently Leading a team of at least 10-12/ideally excess of 15 members
- Therefore, even though he may come from a good company, he should be from a division which has mass distribution (eg: Fevicol) and not from project or limited distribution business (like speciality chemicals or Fiber Cement Boards etc.)
- Experience in a company which is known for good systems and processes will be a leverage
- Ideal experience : telecom industry/ Distribution segment which focusses on daily business and moreover GTM based working
- Industries: preferred experiences / specific companies - Paints / tyres/adhesives (channel sales)
