Job Description:
- As a Sr. Branch Manager focusing on Liabilities, you will be responsible for leading and managing the branch to ensure high performance, profitability, and outstanding customer service.
- Your role involves driving sales, enhancing branch operations, and achieving exceptional audit and quality scores.
- Your primary focus will be on managing and increasing the branch's liabilities portfolio while fostering a motivated and well-trained team.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Performance Management:
- Monitor and drive branch performance to ensure achievement and surpassing of sales targets.
- Implement strategies to grow the branch's general ledger size with an emphasis on cross-selling and third-party products.
Profit Maximization:
- Focus on increasing profits and fee-based income through effective sales of both liability and asset products.
- Ensure the branch operates efficiently, optimizing operating costs.
Audit and Compliance:
- Maintain an outstanding audit rating by adhering to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the implementation of quality standards and strive to achieve exceptional quality scores.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide superior customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring a positive branch experience.
Product Sales:
- Drive sales of liability products such as tax-saving bonds, mutual funds, IPOs, POS, FDRs, CA-SA accounts, and insurance products (life and general).
- Promote and sell asset products including housing loans, car loans, and personal loans.
Staff Training and Development:
- Impart functional training to branch staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Motivate and develop subordinates to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role within the banking sector, with a strong focus on liabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage branch performance.
- Excellent knowledge of banking products and services, especially in liabilities and asset products.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and motivation.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements.
