Position: Branch Manager/Senior Manager - West India
Qualification: B.Sc OR BE, with MBA
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a Management position in the Inspection/Certification Industry.
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra to look after Entire West India
The job description will be as follows: -
Looking for a Senior level candidate for an operational role in all Business Group verticals. The job of testing samples will be done at the branch level for all business Verticals. Must have experience in handling PSU/Govt office along with other relevant roles.
1) Entire Branch Operations Head of Mumbai & Western Branch in all Business Group
2) Responsible for entire business operations and testing of samples
4) Plan and execute regular training programs for the staff.
5) Explore new avenues of business and submit achievable growth plans for the West.

- Excellent Communication skills - should have strong, clear and crisp verbal articulation skills and very strong documentation skills
- Very strong Interpersonal Skills - the ability to listen criticals with the capacity to truly comprehend, be seen as approachable, and act as a coach, inspiring confidence with the ability to help.

- Ability to manage others and handle difficult situations while remaining forward-looking and very positive.
- Ability to lead by example - Candidate should support organizational norms, possess self-discipline and lead best practices
- Adaptability - The ability to adapt is essential with the capacity to anticipate possible new opportunities or mitigate potential challenges.
- Understand the changing and evolving landscape and new developments with the ability to identify which may be relevant for their implementation.
- Crisis Management - The individual must possess the ability to identify and resolve situations quickly, taking ownership of the concerns and working cooperatively with others to resolve escalations involving other departments or with Sr Management for more complex issues
- Strong knowledge of Excel - Ability to create or guide other team members to prepare high-impact reports using pivot tables, etc
- Should have a high degree of integrity, be forward-thinking, positive and proactive in anticipating organizational needs.
