Job Description:

- As a Senior Branch Manager, you will oversee the operations and performance of our branch, ensuring the enhancement of deposit pools, delivery of exceptional service standards, and achieving sales targets for non-deposit products.

- You will be responsible for promoting Mutual Fund and Insurance products, generating fee income, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Additionally, you will manage branch administration, enhance productivity, and maintain high morale among branch personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Deposit Pool Enhancement:

- Strategize and implement plans to increase deposit pools from existing and new customers.

- Develop initiatives to attract deposits through effective customer relationship management and promotional activities.

Service Standards and Delivery:

- Establish and maintain high service standards within the branch.

- Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer queries and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales of Non-Deposit Products:

- Meet cross-selling targets progressively for non-deposit products such as Mutual Funds and Insurance.

- Promote and sell these products to existing and prospective customers to achieve revenue goals.

Fee Income Generation:

- Identify opportunities to generate fee income through various banking services and products.

- Implement strategies to maximize fee income while delivering value to customers.

Branch Administration:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, including cash management, transactions, and customer service.

- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and guidelines set forth by relevant authorities.

- Implement necessary measures to mitigate operational and compliance risks.

Personnel Management:

- Manage the productivity and morale of branch personnel.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the branch team to achieve individual and collective goals.

Financial Performance:

- Take overall responsibility for the break-even and Profit & Loss (P&L) of the branch.

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets and operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in branch management within the banking or financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of deposit products, non-deposit products (Mutual Funds, Insurance), and fee income generation.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.

- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

- Leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a team.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders
