- As a Senior Branch Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships within the branch.

Your responsibilities include:

- Sales Generation: Spearhead sales efforts across assets, liabilities, and other banking products, including Third Party Products (TPP).

- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor sales targets versus actual achievements, taking proactive measures to minimize deviations and ensure target attainment.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and manage strong relationships with key customers, providing superior service and advising them on sound financial decisions to enhance customer retention and minimize attrition.

- Business Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the branch's asset and liability portfolio, both qualitatively and quantitatively, within the branch's vicinity.

- Marketing Execution: Ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns and the conversion of customer referrals to drive business growth.

- High Net Worth Client Engagement: Collaborate with Relationship Managers to cultivate positive relationships with prospective high net worth individuals, driving business growth in this segment.

- Issue Resolution: Address customer queries and grievances escalated by branch personnel promptly and effectively.

- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Facilitate lead sharing with relevant business units, such as Asset Management, to maximize business opportunities.

- Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with local government authorities, RBI, and other banks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and smooth branch operations.

- Audit Support: Support internal and external audit teams in conducting periodic branch audits, formulating action plans to address any deviations found during audits.

- Personnel Development: Provide guidance to branch personnel on effective customer relationship management, sales techniques, customer service, and compliance, ensuring the achievement of individual targets.

- Training and Certification: Take overall responsibility for identifying training needs and ensuring completion of mandatory certifications for branch personnel. you'll be instrumental in driving business growth, fostering customer loyalty, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the branch.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

- Advanced degrees such as MBA are advantageous.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Experience in customer relationship management and business development.

- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.

- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals.

- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of banking products, financial markets, and investment strategies.

- Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic recommendations.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and senior management.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

- Empathy and the ability to understand customer needs.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office suite and banking software.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant technology platforms.
