Senior Bid/Proposals Manager - Software/eLearning/BPO

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Managing the entire proposals effort

- Work closely with sales to understand all aspects of the offerings

- Understand the client requirement and create solutions

- Work with various departments to get the responses needed

- Ensure that the bids are submitted on time and error free

The ideal candidate should:

- Have very good English Skills

- Have around 7 to 15 years of experience

- Have good experience in Bid/Proposals management

- Preferably have experience in Architecting solutions

- Have worked with either a Software, BPO or eLearning organization

- Have worked in a multi-country environment and multi-million dollar deals

- Be ready to work from Gurgaon
