Senior Business Development Executive/Managers(Singapore based Technology Enabled Human Capital Solutions)
The Position - Senior Business Development Executive/Manager
Mumbai/Delhi/Chennai/Bangalore, India
We are looking for achievement oriented professionals to build business in India. The incumbents will be responsible for identifying, following through and assisting in converting sales leads. They are also expected to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction. The incumbents are expected to drive and sustain a rapid pace of growth. This position ordinarily reports to the Head of Marketing and Sales, ASEAN.
Key functions include but are not limited to:
- Deliver on the set revenue target
- Support market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, relationship building, networking and social media
- Targeted lead generation
- Prepare, under supervision, and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Building relationships with clients
- Provide continued after sales support
Brand Building
- Build and maintain the reputation of the company as being a fair market player
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales Head to strategize, plan and deliver on the brand value
- Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image through all product lines, promotional material, and events.
- Deliver on the company's business value proposition
Ongoing administrative activities
The incumbents are required to:
- Provide market information to support marketing and sales activities.
- Identify work related challenges and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, reviews and relevant data as required by the reporting manager.
- Prepare and present sales target reports with discipline and regularity.
- Uphold the organization's values and work within its framework.
Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of direct sales/business development experience.
- Experience in selling HR technology/software is necessary
- Experience in sales of IT software/technology products is a distinct advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is essential
- Local language expertise
