Senior AVP/VP - Program Management Office - Bank

ROLE:

- Our client a leading global bank in Gurugram is looking for a VP, Program Management Office with a strong background in supporting system-based projects and change, with experience in Program/Project management, Regulatory projects, Business Process Re-engineering and Process Transitions.

- The role will be a part of the overall finance services business of our client that includes financial control, financial planning and capital management, management reporting and budgeting and divisional accounting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The candidate will be expected to undertake full service / lifecycle Project management across varied projects preferably independent handling of large projects, engage with other Project Managers & SMEs, work with IT on technical solutions, coach junior team members, undertake process improvement by identifying control gaps,

- The candidate should preferably come with experience in Investment Banking / Banking / other BFSI, with a qualification of CA/CPA/ICWA/MBA Finance and a preferable certification in PMP or Prince 2 or equivalent.

- The candidate should also be proficient in MS Officie, Visio and data mapping skills.
