Audit Assurance Role - Big4/Accounting Firm - CA/CPA

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Auditor to join our growing team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for working on multiple client engagements, contributing to audit strategy development, and maintaining strong client relationships.

- You will apply your expertise in US GAAP and IFRS to deliver high-quality audit services and communicate effectively with domestic engagement teams.

Job Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Manage and work on multiple client audit engagements.

- Issue Communication: Proactively communicate audit issues to the engagement manager for timely resolution.

- Audit Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of audit strategies from planning to reporting.

- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving client satisfaction.

- Accounting & Auditing: Research, understand, and apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures.

- Financial Reporting: Draft financial statements and report audit findings, both verbally and in writing.

- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a team member with domestic engagement teams.

- Proactive Approach: Demonstrate a forward-thinking and hands-on approach to work.

- Communication: Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Continuous Learning: Exhibit a strong desire to continuously learn and grow professionally.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience with BIG4s or US accounting firms.

- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

- English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language.

- MS Office Proficiency: Strong command over MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Accounting Standards: Experienced in working with US GAAP and IFRS.

- Teamwork: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Team Management (Bonus): Team management experience is an added advantage.

- Not-for-Profit Audits (Bonus): Experience in not-for-profit audits is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

- Experience with specific audit software or tools.

- Knowledge of specific industries relevant to your client base.

Education:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
