Senior Associate/VP - Investment Banking

A leading investment bank is looking for 8-15 years of experience in end to end execution of investment banking deals.

Sectors: Real Estate/Industrials/Infrastructure

- Lead M&A and Private Equity transaction executions from start to finish, ensuring seamless integration and successful outcomes.

- Manage process timelines and ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the execution phase.

- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client management during transaction executions.

- Oversee and manage a small team of analysts and associates, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Lead and coordinate the preparation of key transaction collaterals, including Teasers, Information Memoranda, and Business Plans.

- Assist in generating new business opportunities and fostering growth for the team.
