Senior Associate Vice President -Analytics -IIT/IIM/ISB

As Delivery Lead - General Analytics, you will work on some of the latest applications to solve complex business problems and demonstrate significant business value to one or more clients. In doing so, you will closely collaborate with a team of consultants, data scientists and data engineers. You will lead the project team to design and deliver impactful solutions, drive adoption, and articulate value. On a typical workday, you could be doing one or more of the following:

- Serve as the primary interface between senior client management and senior leadership (VPs and SVPs)

- Design a plan to develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions in collaboration with SMEs in Data Science & Engineering.

General Analytics :

Engagement Manager:

- Own & drive execution of the plan by demonstrating techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities.

- Interact regularly with clients to understand and translate business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear analytic problem statements.

- Manage & lead 1-2 engagement/ projects with different team structures and service delivery models.

- Clearly define project deliverables, timelines and methodology laying out the project plan

- Manage team members, including definition of objectives, oversight of execution and evaluation of performance.

- Provide thought leadership and deliver business insights to identify and resolve complex issues critical to their clients' success.

- Actively contribute to business development and to attracting, retaining, developing, and motivating a team of diverse and qualified staff.

- Manage communication between senior partners and clients to update project progress and solicit feedback on project deliverables.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience comprising analytics service delivery, consulting, solution design and client management.

- Mandatory skills - Working exp in Python, HDFS, SQL, Azure, Databricks

- Experience and strong knowledge of the analytics service industry with focus on B2C & Omnichannel retail across customer lifecycle and customer journey.

- Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills .

- Excellent listening, written communication, and presentation skills.

- Master's degree in management, data science, economics, mathematics, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply.
