Responsible Transition Project Management and Governance, ensuring highest level of quality is delivered to our Stake Holders and ensuring complete coverage of scenarios for all required implementations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities -
- Own the end to end transitions solution/project with business partner covering enablement, controls framework and contract support.
- Participate in strategy discussion and contribute towards any new business /change in existing business plans.
- Partner with divisional leadership, helping them de-risk the portfolio and provide Risk transparency.
- Prepare Transitions updates/reports at various levels of governance.
- Advise/contribute to any new organization level program initiatives.
- Provide direction for internal transition transformation initiatives.
- Build connect with business leaders and understand their perspective which can be translated into project management.
- Present Transitions update in various management meetings.
- Connect with various control functions to streamline current processes and plan for any future reg./other changes .
- Seamless execution of Book of Work ensuring adherence to Transitions Methodology, delivering on the location Footprint Target Strategy.
- Suctioning for projects that entail migrations to new platforms.
- Ensure Strict Governance during migrations of roles across locations.
- Partner in reviewing the Governance framework owing to changes in the business and regulatory environment and other streams.
- Facilitate a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data.
- Gain expertise in the various transitions related platforms to understand the data flow, leakages, risks and resolution.
Management/Leadership Responsibility:
- Manage & provide oversight to team members and be accountable for their respective portfolios.
- Ensure performance is closely monitored and that issues are dealt with or escalated to senior management.
- Evaluate options for continuously promoting forums for employee engagement and development.
Budget Responsibility:
- Comfortable working with budgeting and forecasting of resources in conjunction with onshore leads

- Expertise in Transitions / Project Management [Non-voice], preferably in Banking or other Financial Services with an MNC.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Business or Industry Expertise: Describe the degree of knowledge and understanding required of TIAAs business and industry, commercial environment and of competitors products and services.
2-4 years of Retirement Experience preferred if not, Financial Services Experience
Interactions / Interpersonal Skills: Describe the nature and level of interactions this job has with others, both internally and externally. Explain any specific interpersonal skills necessary to successfully perform this role (i.e., negotiation skills, represents business at external events or to governmental bodies, etc. ).
- Good communication and writing skills
Required Experience: 5-10 years 5+ Transition & Project management in Captive or Third Party BPO
