Senior Associate To MD/CEO's Office - FMCG/BFSI

Purpose of the Role :

- To support his manager in managing the delivery of the strategic initiatives as decided time on time. 

- This role is fluid in terms of work expected e.g development of a CEO level reporting mechanism, evaluating the current projects, cost benefit analysis of the proposed initiatives etc.

- The role holder will extensively involve with team leads of internal departments and support them with exceptional reporting, analytics, forecasting and medium level use of statistical tools available in MS-Access & MS-Excel. Having knowledge of newer tools like Altryx. Tableau etc will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities: -

- CEO's update - monthly and daily.

- Support annual/half yearly budgets

- Evaluation of the CEO's review presentations across departments.

- Do root cause analytics for a variance from the budget.

- Relationship management and expectations set for CEO's review
