Job Description - Reporting in to the Senior Practice Leader, your role will involve the following four broad concepts:

- Leadership Proactively manage a team of specialist consultants

- Work closely with the management in growing the team

- Coach, mentor, and groom Consultants on their career path

- Project Management and Delivery Manage communication and project delivery between the India Team and International Stakeholders

- Manage Survey Designing and Analysis of Survey Data for clients

- Develop storylines and Work on Client Presentations,

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Analytics Discussions

- Responsible for checking the methodology and results used by the team:

- Assess the impact of the work and conduct so-what Analysis

- Firm Building and Intellectual Capital Development Contribute to research, white-papers, blogs, patents, and other Intellectual Capital Development activities

- Lead Recruitment Efforts in India

- Lead On Campus and Off Campus Branding Efforts in India

- Business Development Keep abreast of market developments, identify growth opportunities

- Help Partners/Directors across the firm in selling Analytics capabilities by acting as a subject matter expert on business development initiatives

The Successful Candidate - As the Successful Applicant, you will:

- Have an MBA/Masters Degree in a Quantitative Discipline like Statistics or Economics

- Have prior experience of having worked in consulting/analytics environment

- Have prior experience of having worked in survey designing / analysis

- Bring Strong leadership and team-management skills; Passionate about building teams

- Have the ability to structure projects/engagements for the team

- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

- Experience of engaging with International clients and working in onsite-offshore environment

- Ability to contribute beyond the defined scope of work

- Exposure to advanced analytics methodologies such as Regression (Linear, Logistic, etc.), Cluster Analysis, CART/CHAID, etcetera

- Bring experience in Survey designing and survey data analysis

- Have experience in Conjoint Analysis is preferable

- Have Knowledge of survey designing software like Sawtooth

- Have Knowledge of statistical data analysis software like SAS/SPSS
