Sr. Associate- Strategic Project

Urgent requirement for World's leading Medical Equipment MNC.

Job Responsibilities :

- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.

- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

- Analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

Skills required :

- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Persuasive, and self motivated

- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.

- Analytical skills, should be able to make simple P&Ls

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

Desired Candidate :

- 3 to 4 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

- Experience into Medical/Healthcare/Pharmaceutical is preferred

- MBA full time from Premier B School.

- Female preferred.
