Senior Associate - Statutory Reporting - BFS - CA

Key Responsibilities:-

- Need only CA qualified professional.

- Responsible for managing financial reporting to management and statutory bodies (eg RBI Reporting, Quarterly financials, Annual Accounts and MIS).

- Preparation of financial statements on a standalone and Consolidated Basis (Balance sheet, P&L and Cash flow) and consolidated accounts as per revised Schedule VI and SEBI Format.

- Technically sound with practical knowledge and application, general understanding of IND AS, Tax Laws (Direct and Indirect Tax), Revised Schedule VI, Companies Act and RBI Guidelines.

- Good Spreadsheet skills.

- Prior experience of working in a large and growing NBFC would be an added advantage.
