- Designing reports and recommendations based on research and data analysis
- Define and deploy effective communication strategies
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
- Designing and reviewing company policies in line with market best practices
- Manage, Execution and administration of Annual PMS process
- Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well versed with excel and PowerPoint
- Manpower planning, as that takes up a large part of the time.
