EXPERIENCE :
4 - 6 years' experience in Recruitment and/or Research is preferred.
RESPONSIBILTIES :
- Recruit/Empanel experts according to the Client requirement
- Understand the Client requirements and the areas for which they are looking to gather information (by speaking with Experts)
- Conduct online research to identify the resumes/CVs of the Experts from various sources such as LinkedIn and other databases
- Manage & maintain the CVs/Resumes.
- Reach out to experts using telephonic calls, emails, professional networks
- Coordinate the client-expert meet/discussion.
- Primary focus will be on expert recruitment and empanelment.
- Subsequently, after being incumbent in expert recruitment, an additional responsibility of Client handling/servicing will be given.
- Interact and engage with the Clients on a day-to-day basis for effective and timely delivery of project requirements
- Ensuring high fulfilment rate of project requirements shared by Clients, as well as high satisfaction levels for each engagement
- Establishing warm & cordial relationships with Client stakeholders

- Good Communication Skills
