The Opportunity :
- Utilize your expertise in Manufacturing to source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Leverage various sourcing channels, including professional networking sites, job boards, and social media platforms, to find top talent.
- Conduct effective screening interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Prepare compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics within the Manufacturing sector.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the recruitment team.
Required Skills :
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent for non-IT roles.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- A passion for building relationships and a strong understanding of social media for recruitment is preferred.
