Senior Associate - Recruitment

- The essence of this role is to support in ensuring smooth recruitment processes of the organisation.

- This includes Campus Recruitments, Open Drives and targeted consulting and tech head hunting that the firm conducts regularly.

- Another aspect of the role is to be involved with employer branding exercises in our target college campuses.

- In this role, you will work with the internal teams and external stakeholders across a variety of organisational aspects.

- You will also be given the opportunity to closely work with senior leadership on multiple fronts.

- You are expected to go above and beyond in enabling function efficiently and effectively.

- You will be working under the close mentorship and guidance of the leadership. This role is based out of Delhi.

Required Qualifications And Experience :

- Bachelor's OR PG degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of full-time work experience in HR recruitment.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and online job boards.

- Ability to handle multiple profile hiring at a time.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Prior work experience in hiring for Technical roles is preferred.
