Senior Associate - Operational Transaction Services - Big4

Position of Senior Associate - Operational Transaction Services - with one of the Big 4 for Mumbai / Delhi Location.

We are looking candidates with :

- Good experience in sell-side and buy-side services to clients. Extensive experience of advisory and consulting within a professional services environment

- Should have a sound knowledge of due diligence, post-merger integration, carve out/ separation, post deal value enhancement through to corporate restructuring.

Candidates primary responsibilities include :

- Ability to provide deep insights on aspects of transaction deals that are relevant and valued by clients and readers of the Due Diligence reports .

- Strong writing skills and experience of producing high caliber reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership .

- Business development skills with demonstrable sales track record .

- Experience in business development, from opportunity identification to conversion into sales .
