Job Title: - Senior Associate Mergers and Acquisition

Qualifications:- MBA, CA, CFA L1 and above

Reporting to: Global CFO

Experience as - Buy side and Sell side, Commercial Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisition, M&A modeling, Investment banking

Years of experience- 5 to 10 years

Location: Remote and the work timing is normally 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Job Role:

1. Play a leading role in the company's growth journey by sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring finance, accounting, and tax businesses in the US.

2. In addition, you will also play a critical role in assisting post-merger integration for the group and leading Commercial Diligence assignments for our customers.

3. Identify and source M&A opportunities through M&A advisory channels and proprietary searches.

4. Lead Commercial Diligence processes by conducting in-depth analysis of target businesses, including evaluation of their customers, teams, pricing strategies, go-to-market approaches, and financial health.

5. Drive and support financial modeling and deal structuring to ensure sound investment decisions.

6. Prepare and present detailed communication materials (memos and presentations) to inform the leadership team and the Board on recommended investment decisions.

7. Manage additional responsibilities, including responding to investor data requests, preparing performance dashboards for internal analysis and communication, and managing cross-functional collaboration.

Key Skills

- 1-5 years of experience in management consulting, M&A investment banking, or investment teams within small VC/PE firms. Relevant experience in corporate finance and corporate development teams will also be considered.
