Title : Manager/Senior Associate

About the Client:

Leading US based financial advisory MNC having offices in 12 countries and offering services in more than 60 countries. Its clients are governments and major infra companies. They support their clients with their project finance consulting and corporate advisory needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Modelling and Analysis:

- Gain understanding and build complex financial models by analysing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis to comply with project documents and applicable accounting & taxation principles.

- Develop understanding of project finance of the commercial and contractual implications under various contracts.

- Deliver high quality work in the allocated sectoral projects, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the deliverables.

Project Management:

- Co-ordinate with the transaction teams to support on-ground development of the assigned projects, which requires interactions with team members of the clients, lenders, off-takers and other stakeholders.

- Prepare reports, information memorandum, summary and presentations

- Respond to the clients changing needs and priorities under the guidance of team lead

- Support the team in designing and developing solutions to best address clients needs and requirements

Support Business Development Activities:

- Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, and competitors.

- Analyse data and write reports to support business development opportunities.

- Support in responding to development of proposals requested by potential clients.

Requirements:

- Education: MBA Finance from Tier 1 business college.

- Experience: 5 to 10 years

- Skills: Financial modelling, project finance and analytical abilities

- Sectors: Financial advisory, international banks, infra companies, investment/fund management

Travel: Occasional overseas travel required

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Annual CTC Upto 60 LPA + Up to 30% variables
