Job Description : The role majorly involves creating continuous improvement across the business, majorly looking into the documentation & operational part of vivid functions of the business.
- Documentation review would require preparation, production, amendments, and storage archival of various SOP's, processes, agreements & guidelines in use in accordance with the internal policies & guidelines.
- Operational support would require reviewing the existing controls, standardizing the monitoring & reporting mechanisms.
- Additionally, the job will be responsible for maintaining the company's document library as well as working with the company's Information Technology
Key Responsibilities and Duties :
- Contribute to business operations strategy development & assist development and implementation of an innovative environment and culture across functions.
- Provide guidance in the data capture, analysis, and reporting on key performance metrics for effective decision making.
- Deliver on project/process documentation as part of transition of support to operations including review of project resources and budgeted costs.
- Continuously measures and monitors processes, risks, and controls by conducting post-implementation reviews and periodic follow-up of deliverables.
- Aids functional departments for implementing improvement tools tile six sigma, 5 S, Lean measures that tie strongly to business strategic priorities.
- While working independently under general supervision, this job performs document control by reviewing and revising documents prior to them being approved for use and shared with various stakeholders.
- Organizes and oversees legal files and materials so that they are easily accessed and retrieved without compromising the confidentiality or privacy of the information they contain.
- Proofreads documents and processes for accuracy and completeness.
- Responsible for maintaining the document library and ensuring all required approvals are obtained and archived accordingly.
- Responsible for performing monthly document & operational audits to confirm the documentation & execution was delivered in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborates within/across corporate services / other functions to collect and record all evidence required to comply with applicable reviews & audits.
