Senior Associate/Manager/AD - Accounting Advisory - CA

BNC is hiring for one of its Big4 client for accounting advisory role for PAN India ( Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad & Chennai) locations

- Looking for Accounting Advisory professionals who are experienced into IFRS, Ind AS, Technical Accounting, Conversions, etc.

1. Should have good working knowledge on technical accounting, Ind AS or IFRS

2. Experience in GAAP conversion or IFRS implementation

3. Write technical accounting memos related to revenue recognition (ASC 605/606) and preferred stock in accordance with GAAP

4. Prepare and review accounting transactions related to multiple element arrangements and stock-based compensation

5. Assist with public offerings, inclusive of performing audit prep work, documenting significant accounting policies, and preparing the financial statements and related footnote disclosures

6. Research and write, as well as review, position papers documenting interpretation and conclusions of technical accounting research and appropriate application of IFRS accounting guidance for non-routine accounting transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. CA with 2-8 years post qualification experience in accounting advisory role

2. Candidates working in Big4s or reputed consulting firms
