Senior Associate - Legal - LLB/LLM

3-5 years experience in undertaking corporate due diligence, prepare financing and security documents and compliances relating to financing and investment transactions.

Preference: Law firm background.

Qualification : BA.LLB LL.M

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 7:30 PM)
