Mandatory Skills :

- EXP in Demand fulfillment, Bench Management, Workforce Management along with Business Partnering with DELIVERY, SALES & TALENT ACQUISITION is MUST to have.

- EXP in Resource Management, Resource Utilization, Billablity, Job Rotation, Cross Skilling, Demand and Supply Management, Internal Fulfillment, Staffing delivery is MUST for this position.

- EXP from IT companies is MUST.
