Senior Associate - Investment

In this role, you will:

- Source potential early stage investment opportunities across sectors by leveraging networks and conducting market/industry research

- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on startups to assess investment potential and risks

- Lead due diligence process including developing diligence strategy, coordinating with vertical teams, interviewing founders/management

- Create and present investment memos summarizing diligence findings

- Structure investment terms and negotiate aspects of agreements

- Actively support portfolio companies on strategy, recruiting, marketing and scaling

- Expand our networks at industry events.

Requirements:

- BS and MBA degrees from reputed institutes

- 5+ years in VC, PE, IB or Consulting

- Expert at startup financial modeling/valuation

- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills

- Comfortable interacting with CXOs and founders
