Job Designation: Senior Associate

Number of Position(s): 1

Qualification: CA

Experience: 1-3 years (2-3 Relevant Experience in Commodities Audit or Stock Audit is must)

Job Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

Pre Inspection Activity:

- Selection of members for inspection as per Exchange guidelines.

- Scheduling inspections, sending inspection notices & pre-audit questionnaire. Collating data required for inspection from

- Various internal departments.

- Maintain and update records related to inspection for proper monitoring.

Job Responsibilities

Post Inspection Activity:

- Visiting site office of the member.

- Conducting Inspection of books of accounts, other records and documents of the members as per Exchange /Forward Markets Commission (FMC) guidelines.

- Preparation of Report and sending observation letters to the members.

- Scrutinizing reply received from the member and preparing Action taken report.

- Informing action taken by the Exchange to the member

Skills/Expertise:

- Strong experience in Audit

- Good analytical abilities

- Proactive approach

- Good relationship management techniques

- Willingness to travel
