Senior Associate - Insurance Cross Sell - Corporate Claims - NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

- Core ownership for Corporate claims & Retention

- Meet Current & Prospective Clients

- Collaborating with Insurance partners for faster claim settlement.

- Negotiations with Insurance partners on deviations and Exceptions.

- Conducting workshops, trainings for internal teams.

- Claim related Customer Query resolution.

- MIS and data handling and reporting and dashboards management

- Basic claims UW and sanity check for all cases

- Creating claims updating eco system for real time updates with Insurance partners.

- Claim VAS for Insurance partners
