Sr Associate-General corporate-Banking & Finance

Opportunity with a leading law firm.

The incumbent should have experience in :

- General corporate - Banking & finance; NCD'S, PE NCD'S, Structured products

- Dealings in M&A and PE

- Interact with clients

- Candidate should have experience in dealing with banking, finance clients in general corporate

- Provide technical legal opinion in simple and routine matters, or under guidance in complex matters

- Handle a range of work in the relevant sphere

- Protect and promote client relationships to ensure clients- success and identify and act on business growth opportunities.

- Able to analyze client problems and provide innovative solutions

- Assist in the development of juniors by mentoring & guiding them and providing them counsel and reviewing their work

- Candidates having experience into corporate/commercial law

- Candidates only from Tier 1 law firms/ Tier 1 University preferred.
