Senior Associate - FinOPS - Fintech

Who We Are Looking For:

We seek an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing multiple accounts and handling large-scale asset finance operations across diverse geographies. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Fin-Tech industry, which will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end asset onboarding process for

- Manage the reconciliation of subscribed amounts from investors and ensure timely disbursement to production houses.

- Utilize internal tech dashboards to update and maintain investor portfolios.

- Calculate investor and producer repayments based on Internal Rate of Return (IRR).

- Collaborate with the asset and sales teams to ensure a seamless closing process.

- Manage support tickets and resolve operational issues efficiently.

- Ensure that checklists and Asset Data Room requirements are met within the specified timelines.

- Maintain funding amounts, escrow balances, and credit limits in alignment with company policies.

- Handle the disbursement of funds to investors post-reconciliation with repayment calculations.

- Oversee ongoing payments to vendors and investors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Develop and enhance fintech expertise by staying abreast of market trends and innovations.

- Streamline and automate existing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Liaise with escrow and payment service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Loan Account Management, or Asset-Finance Operations roles.

- Extensive experience in Financial Services, preferably within a Fin-Tech company.

- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.

- Strong understanding of payment systems and complex reconciliation processes.

- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
