Rep to CEO

- Support in implementation of the fund's ESG policy & procedures at portfolio company (investee) levels

- Work closely with investment team, Investors & portfolio companies in E&S risk mgt, reporting & improvements

- Provide ESG-related inputs w.r.t. investment proposals under consideration

- Monitoring & periodic / incident reporting of investee cos- E&S performances

- Organizing internal external E&S trainings

- Coordinate with 3rd party E&S expert agencies
