Responsibilities :
- Facilitates appropriate resolution of complex investigations and minimizes legal, reputational, and/or media risk to the Firm.
- Identifies risk data trends, analyze/interpret data and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Influences and follows best practices.
- Develops and delivers training regarding best practices as well as methods for the resolution of employment-related concerns.
- Demonstrates good knowledge of Indian Labor laws and assist the Employment Legal Team in planning and implementing changes to the current policies and procedures.
- Performance Indicators : Ensures we accurately diagnose risk factors, identifies key issues, and consistently applies policy/procedures in treatment of employees throughout investigations and resolutions.
- Scope of Work : In partnership with the Legal Team, responsible for the leading, developing and improving the Firm's investigative processes in alignment with Firm policy, applicable employment law and/or employment trends.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in law required (Master's degree preferred)/HR Qualifications with relevant ER experience.
- 4 to 7 years relevant work experience, multinational/global professional services required
- Experience in laws, regulations and case law pertaining to EEO
- Extensive knowledge of HR policy, theory and practice
