Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency, and white-collar crime matters. - Lead litigation and arbitration proceedings, including drafting pleadings, appearing before courts and tribunals, and strategizing dispute resolution approaches. - Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. - Handle enforcement of judgments, appeals, and post-judgment matters. - Represent clients in high-value disputes before the Supreme Court, High Courts, arbitral tribunals, and regulatory bodies. - Supervise and mentor junior associates, ensuring high-quality legal work and professional development. - Manage client relationships, offering strategic and commercially sound legal advice.
