Senior Associate - Deal Advisory - Infrastructure Advisory Practice

Position Summary :

- The client is seeking a Senior Associate with strong PPP and Project Finance experience to join a growing Infrastructure Advisory practice in Doha, Qatar.

- This individual will be part of the management team leading the practice in the delivery of high quality services to top tier public and private sector clients by bringing his/her advisory expertise to the team.

Position: Senior Associate -Deal Advisory

Location : Doha Qatar

This individual will assist senior Management team as well as take the lead on advising clients on a variety of PPP/PFI projects covering :

- VfM and business case development

- Procurement options analysis

- Project risk assessment

- Financial Modeling

- Transaction structuring

- Tender evaluation

- Contract negotiations.

The ideal candidate should :

- At least 4 years of relevant PPP/ PFI experience

- Strong grasp of the fundamentals of PPP / PFI projects and fundamentals of financial statements

- Have an interest in working in MS Excel and other analysis software packages where appropriate

- Strong academic record including a post graduate degree from a reputed institution/CFA

- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and teaming skills

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.

- Experience in Middle east countries ( Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait ) is mandatory
