Responsibilities for the job :

1. Managing preparation of monthly /weekly / fortnightly credit decks / PPTs as per prescribed formats

2. Analytics & Monitoring work on the Portfolio (LAP / GECL / OTR / Bucket X / Delinquency KPIs / Early Mortality etc)

3. Presentation of Monthly Review of the LAP Portfolio along with relevant cuts

4. Market trends study / best practices to follow for portfolio monitoring

5. Preparation of EWS / Asset Book / Collateral Deck etc for portfolio for sharing with various depts

6. Manage Audit Queries & ensure compliance to norms as per relevant RBI circulars etc

7. Spearheading SFDC / Digital Automation Initiatives as the main SPOC

8. Make relevant reports on hindsighting errors in decks/audit reports etc

9. Monitoring and management of different vendors viz. LIP Agency, Save Risk / Karza / Perfios & other agencies as required.

10. Manage preparation of the PDD & ESW MIS

11. To ensure adherence to Company Culture Policy and Value based indicator manual & maintaining discipline and decorum. Ensure development of self and team on these parameters.

12. To ensure adequate training / motivation and mentoring of team for them to do their roles efficiently

13. Train sales and credit folks to ensure compliance to new digital initiatives / policies and process norms

14. Give Inputs for designing and implementation of credit policies and do periodic reviews to keep the policy aligned to Industry.

Eligibility criteria :

1. Education: Diploma /Degree Course in Credit Risk Analytics / Data Analytics / Data Sciences OR B Tech (Computer Sciences) OR MBA

2. Age: 26-35 years

3. Experience: 5-10 years in risk analytics preferably in mortgages

4. Expertise in Data & Risk Analytics

5. Understanding of Lending Businesses (esp. Mortgages)

6. Understanding of software like Finnone, SFDC. Good in MS Excel and MS word.

7. Team management skills & co-ordination with peers

8. Proficiency in spoken & written English & local language.
