Senior Associate - Corporate Transactions Law

Roles and responsibilities:

1) Proficient in venture investments, private equity, and M&A transactions

2) Skilled in drafting shareholder agreements, share subscription agreements, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, business transfer agreements, and more.

3) Experienced in conducting and overseeing thorough legal due diligence

4) Proficient in drafting documents related to FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) and the Companies Act

5) Possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving, consistently seeking effective solutions

6) Demonstrates strong leadership skills and an aptitude for collaborating with and overseeing teams

The candidate must possess the following competencies:

1) Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet critical deadlines if necessary

2) Ability to interact with clients independently

3) Excellent written/oral communication and organizational skills are required

4) Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

5) High attention to detail

6) Proven background in corporate law. Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures

7) Ability to prepare legal documents

8) Working with a sense of integrity and confidentiality

9) Excellent drafting skills. Ability to work individually or in a team
