Job Description :

- We are looking to recruit associates for our firm's corporate law advisory practice.

- We are looking for candidates with experienced in areas of debt and equity financing and fintech and data laws.

Work Description for General Corporate Associate :

- Due diligence of Company.

- Drafting of loan agreement and other transactions documents.

- Drafting of share purchase agreement and share holder agreement.

- 2-5 years experience in undertaking corporate due diligence, prepare financing and security documents and compliances relating to financing and investment transactions.

Preference : Law firm background.

Qualification : BA.LLB LL.M

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 7:00 PM)

Job Nature : Full Time
