Advising the clients in negotiations for purchase of substantial equity stake from an existing investor

- Advising a Fund in its substantial investment in the business of asset reconstruction;

- Advising in the business of providing housing finance for raising a loan in the form of external commercial borrowings for the purposes of affordable housing scheme due diligence

- Advising the start up in setting business negotiation and finalisation of various Supply Agreements with certain Purchasers;

- Advising firm's clients and drafting of various legal opinion on various issues such as (Indicative List):

- Evaluation of proposed restructuring options

- Invoicing arrangement vis-a-vis applicability of R&D Cess Act, 1986 and FEMA, 1999;

- Release of salary to the employees upon resignation and set-off of advance paid to them- Implications

- Payment of gratuity to the employees;

- Issuance of units by an Alternative Investment Fund at Premium to subsequent contributors;

- Applicability of Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013 on a Loan given to a joint venture

- Review of various Human Resources Policy/Employment Manual of a Indian subsidiaries of a foreign entities;
