Senior Associate - Channel Technology & Digital Transformation - BFSI

- Leading the respective tracks mentioned alongside from biz with deeper focus on both functional & Involved in biz interactions, updates, closures, solutioning and work plans for the respective tracks along with Digital Factory , Product, IT teams

- Managing the product with key focus on its end to end management

- To ensure that the Product meets the expectations of all the stakeholders and undertake necessary actions to enhance the product features and transactions

- To assist the Channels in increasing the business through the specific product/ platform and meeting the targets

- To drive digital innovation and AI banking, in order to improve overall banking experience for all customers.

Product Build & Maintenance :

1) Driving the usage and adoption of the product in the channel

2) Regular tracking of the product usage through project planning tools

3) Regular monitoring of the Product uptime and ensure that downtime issue are resolved at the earliest

4) Identifying and RCA of the downtime issues

Digital Transformation :

1) Research emerging technologies, innovations and latest product/process improvement launches in BFSI sector , and generate actionable ideas / concepts (use cases)related to these upcoming technologies

2) Co-ordinate with different teams like BTG/IT, Audit, ISG, Compliance, Business and ensure their approvals for product launch and execution

3) Ensure go-live for digital projects under transformation , support management and co-ordination for the project from concept initiation to Go LIVE

4) Monitor projects/campaign/process performance w.r.t business ROI - Revenue & Cost Savings

Product Enhancements :

1) Identifying the product enhancements scope

2) Review of next steps and progress with key stakeholders including business, BTG, IT and vendor

3) Approvals from Product, ISG, Audit, Compliance

4) Planning test cases and end to end workflow with business, IT and Product teams

5) Review of test cases and their results and making final execution plan with business / IT/Vendor

Project Management :

1) Organizing project plan and know -how of agile way of work

2) Approvals from Product, ISG, Audit, Compliance

3) Review of next steps and progress with key stakeholders including BTG, DAP, IT

4) Planning test cases and end to end workflow with Business, IT and Product teams

5) Review of test cases and their results and making final execution plan with BPRG / IT/Vendor Team Work/ Collaboration 1) Building a collaborative cohesive environment in the team

2) To extend help to team members to grow and evolve
