Senior Associate - CEO's Office - Contractual

Our client, a prominent leader in the Indian building materials sector, is currently seeking a Senior Associate (Chartered Accountant) to join the CEO's office in Delhi. This consultant will work closely with the CEO to establish and streamline an efficient office environment.

In this role, you will leverage your strategic insight, leadership abilities, and industry knowledge to ensure the CEO's office runs smoothly. You will play a key role in aligning processes and systems with the company's strategic goals, enhancing decision-making, and ensuring seamless communication between the CEO's office and various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the establishment and efficient operation of the CEO's office, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

- Develop and implement processes, policies, and procedures to facilitate effective operations and decision-making

- Act as a liaison between the CEO's office and other departments, coordinating meetings and ensuring timely follow-up on action items

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, serving as the primary point of contact for the CEO's office

- Assist the CEO in preparing for board meetings, presentations, and other engagements

- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information

An ideal candidate:

- A qualified CA with 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of working on strategy projects

- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and performance management principles

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

This opportunity is initially offered on a contract-to-hire basis for a duration of 6 months, with the potential for permanent placement based on performance. The project location is in Delhi.
