Work timing: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The key job responsibilities include the following
- Supporting U.S. project teams in providing financial consulting services relating to business valuation. The team also assists in the valuation of intangible assets for regulatory, financial, and tax purposes as aresult of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or financial restructuring
- Creating/assisting in creating financial models, analyzing financial statements, conducting industry research,and writing reports
- Delivering high quality valuation work products and assisting other team members when required
- Interacting with internal clients and communicating with managers in the United States
- Assisting internal clients on client development and practice development assignments
- Supervising work of junior staff to ensure high quality of work products
- May need to work on other FAS
The key skills required:
- Relevant experience in Business Valuation and Intangible Asset Valuation
- Multi-class equity security valuations, financial derivatives valuation, Cheap Stock/Employee Stock OwnershipPlan valuation
- Knowledge of Accounting and Corporate finance concepts
- Sound knowledge of valuation methodologies such as - Discounted Cash-Flow (DCF)-, - Guideline Company- and - Guideline transactions- methods
- Familiarity with using the Internet for data research; hands on experience with databases such as Factiva andCapital IQ, Bloomberg will be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively communicate with managers in the United States
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, and MS word
- Good knowledge of Black & Scholes and Monte Carlo simulations
