Position - Sr. Associate / AVP / V.P

Location - Mumbai.

Qualification - MBA / CA / CFA / PG from B. School.

Job Role

Responsible for restructuring and executing debt financing transactions.

Execution of the documents like Interim Corporate Debt Restructuring Agreements.

Negotiation & Finalization of documents in coordination with Legal Dept., Lenders Legal Counsel, and Banks.

Preparation of the Scheme of Compromise with creditors.
