Senior Associate/AVP - Transaction Advisory Services - M&A/Investment Banking

Job Description:

Senior Associate / AVP (Transaction Advisory Services):

1. The person should be a CA / MBA from a reputed college

2. 2 - 5 year of front end Mergers and Acquisitions experience in Investment Banking firm

3. Should have worked on live deals and have experience of closing at least 2 deals end to end

4. Must have experience of valuation, financial modeling, making Pitch books / Information Memorandums etc.

5. Knowledge of conducting open ended secondary research to garner industry specific insights, building valuation models and presentations

6. Advanced knowledge of MS Office and using Power Point, Excel and Word is essential

7. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

8. Developed inter-personal skills, team orientation, and professional attitude. Self-motivated and with an ability to operate with limited supervision.
