Senior Associate / AVP (Transaction Advisory Services)

We are looking for Senior Associate / AVP (Transaction Advisory Services) This is to be closed asap.

A specialist firm, well positioned to develop, implement and monitor India business strategies for companies. The bouquet of services include business advisory, M&A, partner search, market research, taxation and compliance issues viz accounting, JSOX, IFRS etc.

Transaction Advisory team based in Gurgaon. The person will work very closely as a team member on Mergers & Acquisition mandates and help run Financial Due Diligence assignments

Senior Associate / AVP (Transaction Advisory Services) :

- The person should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance from a reputed Business school

- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a Boutique Investment Bank or a Mid size bank in a Business Development role

- Contribute to the P&L of the business by generating, and leading M&A / debt transactions

- Close relations with corporate and banks to be able to individually generate mandates and run them

- Must have experience of valuation, financial modeling, due-diligence etc

- Project management skills: ability to multi-task, work under pressure and successfully manage projects

- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

- Developed inter-personal skills, team orientation, and professional attitude. Self-motivated and with an ability to operate with limited supervision.
