Senior Associate/AVP - Technology Sector - Investment Banking

Job Location: Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi

Job Responsibilities :

- Conduct financial analysis and develop financial models.

- Prepare comprehensive papers on financial, business, strategy, and industry research for companies and industries.

- Create confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other relevant presentations.

- Organize and actively participate in ideation sessions and meetings.

- Evaluate and provide inputs/comments on Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

- Cultivate relationships and maintain direct communication with clients, potential clients, and professional advisors.

- Ensure thorough due diligence, collection, collation, and analysis of client information, considering financial and regulatory implications for documentation purposes.

- Assist in marketing efforts and engagement planning.

Job Requirements :

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand and grasp the business, strategic, and financial fundamentals of companies and industries.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, including interpreting financial statements, building financial models, and conducting valuation analysis.

- Ability to create effective research papers and presentations.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior personnel.

- Capacity to exercise professional judgment in engagements, offering proactive solutions and recommendations.

- Ability to manage multiple engagements and responsibilities concurrently.

- High motivation and desire for autonomy and empowerment in self-management.

- Capability to independently handle the execution process and effectively address client queries.

- Strong presentation skills, including creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations.

- Proficiency in Excel and drafting skills
